The Xbox 360 has been in Japan since 2006, yet even after Kinect, it has still failed to resonate with Japanese gamers. What do you think it is? Why isn't the Xbox Brand taking off in Japan? Is it too American?? Does it not have the sleek design of Apple products, which Japan loves? What is it? As of today The XBox 360 has only sold 1.5 million in Japan. The 3DS has already surpassed that with 5 million. In the US, XBox 360 is close to Wii sales coming in at 37 million and the Wii is at 42.6 million. Why the huge difference in Japan?

I think it's too American, honestly--- well, okay, NO--but Japan has Sony and Microsoft, which is really all they need... besides, 360 tailors more towards hardcore games...
plus Kinect is lame
